1. Delivery Timeline

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience and trust, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. You can pay in PKR at the time of receiving your package. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the rider.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your shipment directly on our partner’s website (TCS or PostEx).

6. Important Delivery Notes

  • Verification: For first-time customers, our team may call you for order verification before dispatch. Unverified orders may be subject to cancellation.

  • Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the recipient is unavailable or the contact number is unreachable, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Inspection: Please do not accept the package if the seal is broken or the packaging is severely damaged.
